Here is a list of the projects for April 25th.

  1. Mark out the Boundaries of the club with new signage.  (Boots, work gloves and a bac kpack to carry post driving tools and sign assembly.  John Witters will lea d this team.)
  2. Clean up the range houses and load the trap and Skeet house with birds.
  3. Clean the roof and gutters of the ClubHouse and the ClubHouse itself.
  4. Clean out the storage areas in the club house , Club House garage and the Storage Shed.
  5. Move the wood from the fr ont deck of the Club House to the old Grill structure.  We will be removing the old grill and enclosing the sides to hold the wood.
  6. Kitchen Cr ew to take charge of having coffee and rolls for Breakfast and then grillin g hotdogs and brats for lunch.  In between this crew will clean the kitchen and help improve its organization.

The first save the date no tification for this work date went out in the February Newsletter.  I sent an April 6 Work Day follow up notification to this list and have had only 1 0 responses as attending.  We will have a few other opportunities to get wo rk done at the club such as Painting the Trap and Skeet houses and preparin g the club for hosting our turn at Inland Water Trap  event in the Fall but this is by far the day in which we get the most done. 

 I need at l east another 10 to 15 people to get all our work done on the 25th on top of the 10 or so who have already stepped up.  I do understand that there will be conflicts which is why we will have other opportunities to meet your co mmitment but please remember that you have waived payment in return for hel ping get things done at our member run facilities. 

Please reply dir ectly to me as ATTENDING by Monday April 20th so we have time to get suppli es and food.  I will take the first 15 who reply.  (Those who have already replied as attending do not need to reply again.)

We will start at 8 :00AM and should be able to complete most of the work by lunch.  Coffee, ro lls, hot dogs and water will be provided to all workers.
The RAIN date f or this will be May 2nd.  If the 25th is to be canceled because of weather a notification will go out on Friday the 24th  along with the verification of the back up date.
