the February Newsletter.  I sent an April 6 Work Day follow up notificatio
n to this list and have had only 10 responses as attending.  We will have a
few other opportunities to get work done at the club such as Painting the
Trap and Skeet houses and preparing the club for hosting our turn at Inland
Water Trap  event in the Fall but this is by far the day in which we get t
he most done. \n\n I need at least another 10 to 15 people to get all our w
ork done on the 25th on top of the 10 or so who have already stepped up.  I
do understand that there will be conflicts which is why we will have other
opportunities to meet your commitment but please remember that you have wa
ived payment in return for helping get things done at our member run facili
ties. \n\nPlease reply directly to me as ATTENDING by Monday April 20th so
we have time to get supplies and food.  I will take the first 15 who reply.
(Those who have already replied as attending do not need to reply again.)
\n\nWe will start at 8:00AM and should be able to complete most of the work
by lunch.  Coffee, rolls, hot dogs and water will be provided to all worke
rs.\nThe RAIN date for this will be May 2nd.  If the 25th is to be canceled
because of weather a notification will go out on Friday the 24th  along wi
th the verification of the back up date.\n\nThank you so much for your part
icipation and I look forward to seeing many of you on the 25th.\n\nJohn J C
